Bullock has been with PNC since 2008 and has worked in retail banking, credit risk management, and financial management before moving to commercial banking. Based in the Lancaster office, Bullock will oversee the commercial banking team within the market, serving businesses with annual revenues between $5 million and $100 million.
Catherine Yien Joins HKEX as Head of Listing Regulation
HKEX announced the appointment of Catherine Yien as its Managing Director and Head of Listing Regulation, reporting to the Listing Division. Yien will lead a team responsible for overseeing more than 2,600 listed issuers in Hong Kong.
Before joining HKEX, Ms. Yien worked at Rothschild & Co for nearly 28 years, most recently serving as Managing Director of the global advisory team. She held several positions at Rothschild, including Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Compliance Officer.
Since 2019, Ms. Yien has been a member of the Securities and Futures Commission’s Advisory Committee and served on the Listing Committee of the Main Board and GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2021, including as vice-chairperson.
Ms. Yien holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Management from Imperial College London and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
